I’m Roman Eisenwagen – an ICF-certified ontological coach with a background in tech and international business.
Before becoming a coach, I worked for over eight years in business development and strategic partnerships at fast-growing companies like FlixBus and Personio.
While working with traditional industries on digital transformation, I learned that real change is personal and emotional.
It doesn’t start with a new process – it starts with the person.
And it often ends there, too.

Most of my coaching takes place online, via video call. For teams and organizations, I also offer in-person workshops and sessions – primarily in and around Munich, depending on your needs.
I coach in English and German, depending on what feels most natural to you or your team. I’m fluent in both and adapt my communication accordingly.
