About Me

Hi, I’m Roman – Leadership Coach for Tech Organizations in Munich and Remote

I help leaders and organizations build trust as a core leadership skill - to create a healthy performance culture.

Why I Do What I Do

After ten years in digital transformation at rapidly growing organizations like FlixBus and Personio I learned how challenging leadership in dynamic systems really is.

Growth, change and speed – all of it demands that leaders stay clear, take responsibility, and bring people along.

I’ve seen how quickly uncertainty, self-doubt, or exhaustion can arise – not because people aren’t willing, but because the system makes it difficult for them to thrive.

This is exactly the gap I step into today.

I help leaders, teams and organizations build trust as a foundation for clarity, alignment and real impact.

Not with quick fixes (spoiler: they don’t work), but with a perspective that goes deeper.

Those who can’t lead themselves will lead others astray.

What Sets Me Apart Professionally

I am a certified coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – the world’s largest professional association for coaching. Certified coaches commit to ethical standards, ongoing professional development, and a verified quality of practice.

I completed my training as an ontological coach with the renowned Newfield Network – with over 125 hours of ICF-accredited education at PCC level (Professional Certified Coach). In addition, I host the ICF Chapter in Munich and actively contribute to the development of the coaching community.

I also bring a business background: a Master’s degree in International Management and hands-on experience in Business Development – particularly in working with strategic partnerships at companies like FlixBus and Personio, two of the fastest-growing tech companies in Germany.

When Trust Is Missing, the Very Problems Leadership Should Solve Begin to Grow

Trust isn’t just the foundation for collaboration – it determines whether leadership can be effective at all..

01.

Responsibility Gets Pushed Away

The leader ends up rowing instead of steering the ship.

02.

Decisions Get Stuck

Uncertainty paralyzes. No one dares to decide.

03.

Commitment Stays Superficial

People say yes but act hesitantly – or not at all.

04.

Leadership Feels Isolated

Work happens, collaboration doesn't.

05.

Connection Is Missing

Even with clear goals, the space to pursue them together is lacking.

06.

Feedback Is Held Back

Out of fear or conflict avoidance, nothing really changes.
